I have used baby vicks on his chest, as well as the liquid in my humidifier. It's definitely safe. My pedi recommended using this when LO had some sinus issues at like 3mos old. She said any form of vicks (plug in, vapor, rub) is fine.

Does it work? DS has been congested for over a month now... maybe more. He's even been on a decongestant for a few days. Although it gets better while he's on the medication, once it wears off he's super congested again.
Now you ladies have me wondering. my Pedi told me NO VICKS, she pretty much yelled at me. I was using it n my 4 month old daughter when she came down what i though was a cold but really RSV. She said it can lead to seizures in childen under 2 even the baby vicks. I would def call your pedi.

Oh yes! It makes a world of difference . I sometimes have to put it on his chest more than once at night, but it helps a lot!
