I've gotten really bad about snacking on unhealthy things during the day, especially since I'm not working right now. It really showed at my 32 wk appt yesterday when I gained 6lbs in 2 weeks and although my Dr. isn't concerned about the weight I know I need to get back on track with healthier eating.
I'm getting rid of all the junk (leftover cookies, fudge, etc from Christmas) and grocery shopping this afternoon for some better options. So far, I've got pretzels, clementines and yogurt on my list but need some more suggestions.
So- what do you ladies snack on during the day?
