Strange Feeling

These past few days I've had the strangest feeling.......phantom baby kicks in my tummy.  They feel like when L first started moving around on a regular basis.

I know I'm not pregnant, so what could it be? 

Has anyone else had these phantom kicks too or am I alone on this one?

My doc said it's gas. You're just more aware now of what's going on down there.
