My bff recently flew home to meet my daughter.  It was super sweet of her because she didn't tell family/friends that she'd be in town so she could spend the entire weekend with LO.  I want to get her something special for xmas.   When she was here we found out that both of our nicknames (mine from DH and hers from co-workers) are robot.   I found this necklace online...it's Betsey Johnson and her stuff is a little out there.  I can't decide if it's super cute or just ugly.  What do you think?

personally, I love betsey johnson (love me some quirky pieces). and right now I am completely in love with robots (I want DS's 1st bday party theme to be robots), so personally...LOVE and think its adorable.

If she's not into quirky items or jewelry, I would say pass. Its definitely a statement.
