It gets a big thumbs-up from me - see my ticker.
I was a bit worried it would be too "old lady" for a baby/little girl but it is so adorable on her and it suits her so well. I love old-fashioned names but I wondered if this one was a bit much, you know? I get compliments on it all the time. I think it's the kind of name that's cute on a little girl and that grows well into adulthood.
I'm the dissenter here. I really don't like Clara. I just think it sounds so harsh.
However, I always did love Claire, so take my opinion FWIW lol.
It's not a bad name though at all.
Clare is a family name and is on my short list, but I am seriously tempted to dump it for Clara.
