I use it and it works for me. I posted about this last week as well. In the morning I am not able to pump 10 - 12 oz in 20 minutes. Before using Gaia I could pump between 6 - 8 oz in 20 minutes. It also helps keep up my production through out the day. I can usually pump at least 4 oz at each session. Hope that helps! I started taking it once a day before bed but now I take it 3 times a day as recommended on the bottle. I don't smell like syrup, which I guess normally happens when you use fenugreek. Good luck!!
