Anyone's LO with CPAM(CCAM)?

My DS was just unexpectedly diagnosed with a CPAM (Congenital Pulmonary Airway Malformation) at 14 weeks old.  He has DS and a VSD related to that, so we brought him in with heart failure signs, but it turned out that he had a CPAM that was never seen.  He had surgery a week and 1/2 ago that removed the lowest lobe of his right lung and the cysts (they were taking up 80% of his right chest cavity!).  He is doing really well, and I guess I just wanted to know if anyone else's LO had this and how they are doing now.  Thanks!
