For those with teething LOs

I need some tips.  DD is just about there.  Her gums are turning white and she is chewing on EVERYTHING.

    White gums?  That's new news to me. 

     From what I've been reading there's been a lot of argument against the baby orajel, but since the teether tablets have been recalled the orajel is what I've been using.  I just line the top of her paci nipple with a little bit of it and give it to her and she was asleep within five minutes last night.  The wash cloth has been pretty useful, but once she drops it on the floor we have to start all over again because it's much to dirty.  

     I'm looking forward to more advice too :P
