First PP Period (TMI?)

Hi,

 

Pre-pregnancy, my cycles were had one heavy flow day right away then tapered off to nothing within a week. I'm currently 7 weeks post-c-section and started having bleeding Friday. It started light and has gotten quite heavy for the last 3 days. I have even noticed some small clots (some each day) before I flushed.... I realize when the cycle starts up again it can be heavy, but for how long?!  Is this pretty normal?! Need some advice before I call my docs office and sound crazy! TIA!

    My first PP period lasted 11 days I think.  It was also a lot heavier than usual as well.  But if it doesn't seem right to you, go ahead and call your doc just for your peace of mind.
