My doctor started weekly appointments at 36 weeks.

I'm starting them now at 33 weeks, but I have GD and am on meds. Had I not had those complications, it would have been at 38 weeks.

I'm still doing every other week.  At my 36 week, he said see you in a week or two.  And I saw him at 38 cuz of scheduling.  This week, he said, see you in 2 weeks.  I'm thinking he thinks he'll see me before that and I won't make that appointment

I started at 35 weeks because he wanted to do the Group B Strep Test then.

Now. But then, I'm high risk for several reasons.

I will be 36 weeks when I start every week appts. With my first pregnancy it was 34 weeks but only because of high blood pressure.

I guess that I thought 36 was the typical norm, but it kinda looks like everywhere is different!

I was supposed to start weekly appointments at 36 weeks, but because my BP started creeping up, they started me on weekly appointments at 34 weeks, plus twice weekly nonstress tests.  I feel like I am always at the doctor!
