Baby oragel?

Does anyone use this? I'm considering it because of the hylands recall. I don't like to just give him tylenol all the time. Do you like it? TIA

Hmmm...I haven't even looked at it yet. I just assumed it would be like mylacon and you could buy dye free.

Hylands also makes a gel that was not recalled.

Have you tried the Hyland's teething gel? It worked great for us and it was not included in the recall.

Where have you been able to find the gel? Target?

I was told not to use it,because that it hardens the gums and makes it harder for the teeth to protrude the gums. Good Luck. My lo has 2 teeth and 4 coming in at one time.

I use baby oragel, I don't have any problem with it. And I'm all for the best thing for baby, but I don't think it's a good thing to protect them from EVERYTHING. Red dye is in a lot of products, I don't see why it would be an issue, unless baby shoes a reaction. Babies need to be exposed to things to develop antibodies and immunities.
