A smoothie is my go-to "I should eat but I don't want to" food.
The Green Monster is great - spinach, milk, frozen banana, peanut butter, ground flax seed.
Ugh, this is SO me. I get hungry, but nothing sounds remotely good. Like everything I think about eating makes me want to heave. But then, I don't eat and get incredibly nauseated. Double edged sword.
Although, I am very thankful I have NOT puked yet. Just nauseated and queasy.
