BFing and horrible back/shoulder blade/neck pain!!?

I have the most intense shooting pain from my shoulder blade up to my neck that started once my milk came in and hurts most when I'm bf-ing or take a deep breath. I know this is not uncommon but have no clue what to do other than applying heat and taking motrin which isn't helping much.any tips? I posted this on the BF board too.

My only thought is to make sure when you are nursing you are bringing LO to the boob rather than taking the boob to LO.  I tend to bend over too much during night feedings and go back to bed with my back hurting.  One of these days I might remember to just take the Boppy along upstairs...
