WTH?? Is this normal???

Okay...I had a natural miscarriage (lost the baby at 8w6d) last Tuesday night.

 Starting yesterday I have been having a fluttering feeling in my uterus. It only happens once in a while and only lasts about 30 seconds. I have never had a feeling like this before and I wanted to know if anyone else has ever felt this after a miscarriage???

    I had this after my miscarriage and was told it is normal.... I don't remember the reason they gave me but they said not to worry about it...

    I had that feeling before I started bleeding.  My baby stopped growing around 8 weeks, didn't know until 12.5 weeks though.  I've had it a few times since. I think it was just contractions.

    I think its your uterus shrinking back down to size, I've experienced this as well.

    I'm sorry for your loss- I didn't know what that really strange feeling was- but sounds like what I experienced.

    I didn't have a miscarriage, but I have felt that since my c-section.  Usually before af comes.
