West Phoenix Babysitter Recommendations???

Hello,

 I have a 7 month old little girl and my husband and I are looking for someone to occasionally watch her for a few hours. We have my mom in town but she seems to be a bit too old to watch our little one. Does anyone have a babysitter they recommend? We only need one once in a while for a chance to get away and grab some dinner or maybe a movie. We have a bible study group we could also start attending once a week where we might need someone to watch our girl too.

Hopefully someone out there has a good recommendation.
