At 3 months, will pumping after nursing still increase my supply?

I hear words like "establishing your supply" and what not and it makes me think that there's a specific time frame for getting a good supply. If this is the case, then will pumping after nursing even help my supply? I've only been doing that 1 - 2 time a day for a couple of weeks - and sometimes I forget to pump.

Would it even be worth it to up that to every time after my DS nurses?

I am desperate to get my supply up but know that stress and sleepless nights don't help.

Thanks.
