Not sure if anyone has any advice or not but my husband and I are struggling with the decision to have a second kid. We love our son (he turns 2 in September) and think we are ready for a second kid but are having a hard time figuring out how we would manage two kids and two careers. I know that people do it all the time but am afraid that one of us (most likely me, unfortunately) would have to take a back seat to the others career if we had two. Would love to hear how others thought through this and how it worked. I really would love another child but am afraid it would be too much to manage. I know this makes me sound like I am putting my career above my family but I want to be realistic about what to expect if we do indeed have another child.
