Are the buggies too big for the traditional shopping cart cover? 

 

I always use one when shopping at the grocery or Walmart or Target, but I have never taken DD to Sam's by myself - I usually go with DH and we either carry her or use a stroller.  And I just can't picture the size of the buggy and I need to make a run today (what with the possible hurricane brewing...).  Or will I have to  put her in it (**gasps and clutches pearls!**)unprotected??  lol

My son's cover doesn't fit the buggy at Sam's.

So I just squirt the hand sanitizer that's already in LO's diaper bag onto a wet wipe and rub it across everything pretty good and off we go into the store.

They are usually the double seats so it probably won't fit.

Depends on your cart cover. I bought a Fisher Price one and it didnt work. The carts are wider but not by a whole lot in my opinion. You could still try and use it to cover up most of the seat.

Yep.  I can get both boys in one cart at Sams!

And they're both unprotected.  I know.  The horror.

Definitely depends on the cart cover.  Our Eddie Bauer cart cover doesn't fit, but our Infantino one does.  If we don't have the Infantino with us, we use sanitizing wipes to clean off the cart and belt before we put him in it.
