i cannot for the life of me figure it out!

ok, i want to start a blog and everything everytime i click on the create a blog link it gos to some page saying i need to verify my email! I HAVE ALREADY VERIFIED MY BLOODY EMAIL! ugh i know i shouldnt get so pissed off at something so silly but ughhhh! guess its my hormones talking lol. would anyone be kind enuph to tell me why or what i could do lol? if you know:)
