Every day I wake up and think to myself "I'm going to eat really well today" and my meals are really healthy. It's all the junk in between that's just aweful! I'm like a college student again. I had a turkey burger (no bun) and salad and apple for lunch....then at 3:00 a bag of SmartFood and a King Size Twizzlers with Diet 7 Up....what is wrong with me? This third tri is killing my healthy eating habits.
