Night 2 of paci weaning

I want to give in soooooo bad and give it to him.  But he went all day and night at my moms yesterday without it so I decided that we would continue to not offer him his paci.   I just rocked him to sleep and he was rooting looking for it.  But it only took a few minutes and he went to sleep without it.  When did you guys wean the paci or when do you plan to wean?

    Oh sometime down the road...I don't want to deal with it and hope that he just gives it up on his own :)

    DS only uses the paci for sleep, I plan to wean around 18 mos

    I'm going to wean now. He only really used it for the first few minutes of going to bed and when we were in the car.

    Well, since we did Ferber with Jake, he hasn't use it for the last three nights. I figure I may as well continue.
