Okay, something had happened here in week 29 and suddenly I'm seriously uncomfortable at night. Last night I woke up at 3,4,5, and 6 bothered by hip & lower back pain on whichever side I was sleeping on.
Yesterday i ordered a couple of wedge-shaped pillows online, but until they arrive, I'm curious if anyone else is struggling with night-time discomfort & what kind of solutions you might be using? I'm thinking of trying a couple of small pillows & maybe rolled-up towels tonight...
Have you bought those speciality pregnancy pillows (like the snoogle)? or are you finding other ways to cope?
