My pedi office goes by rectal temp and 100.4 is considered a fever, IDK what it is for pacifier temp, I've heard they aren't as accurate. If you still have the package for the thermometer it probably says what is considered an elevated temp, or at least how it compares to axillary or rectal temps.
i heard 99.4 if taken under the arm...100.4 if rectal. i'm not sure about those pacifier therm. usually the instructions that came with the therm will tell you tho.
