I am high risk for pre-term labor due to the shape of my uterus. My doctor has told me know exercise. So far all is going well and know signs of the baby coming early.
I know I need to follow docs orders, but has anyone had this experience before? Is there any safe exercise for being at risk for pre-term labor? Some of my girlfriends keep telling me yoga or isometric exercises to work my core, but I'm not sure. Any recommendations and advice would help. I feel so out of shape!
