Post delivery pain question

I had an epidural and vacuum assisted delviery one week ago. I am still really sore in my left buttcheek, and have some numbness in my lower back and both butt cheeks. Have any of you had this, or anything like it???? If so, how long did it take to subside?

I didn't have that but I have heard of it happening. I feel like it took s solid 2 weeks for the epi to leave my system.

I didn't have this but I've heard that some women can damage their tailbone during delivery. Maybe you have a bruise on your tailbone or something.

I was sore for about 4-5 weeks total. I still feel a little sore sometimes. I also had a vacuum assisted delivery and an epi. I tore pretty badly though from the vac and my son's huge sunny side up head. GL

I had the exact same thing and I still feel a little numb on parts of my back... it's only been a couple days, but I didn't expect to feel numb still. As for the soreness, it's still there, but definitely getting less and less each day!
