crewcuts sizing?

Does anyone order from crewcuts?  Just wondering if their sizes run big, small, or true to size?

I think they run big.   I have a dress for Evie in 2 and it doesn't have hope of fitting her any time soon.   She's 21 months.  Of course, I thought the same thing about her 18 month Gap dress when she was 17 months, and by 18 months it fit her perfectly.   

If I am wrong, I want her to wear her dress for her birthday party.

I guess I can order and send back. From the size chart, Colin would be a 3, but if they run big, he'd probably wear a 2.

We have a few things for Harrison and I feel they were pretty true to size....the shoes def run big though and have odd sizing.
