stomach muscle spasms?

Alright i am 22 weeks prego and i have been having these muscle spasms in my abdomen. Has anyone else had this happen? Is it a bad thing?

Is it Braxton Hicks: your uterus/belly gets hard, but not painful? My bh started right around 20-22w with #1. Other than that, I don't know.

Drink some water and lay down on your left side until it goes away.

I am having "muscle spasms" now, but I know it's LO.

I saw it's either LO moving about or BH contractions.

When friends whp have not been pregnant yet ask what it feels like when the baby moves, I explain it as like a muscle spasm. Prob your LO in there moving around.
