What are you having for dinner this week?

Need ideas...I'm  at a loss here. Sick of the same old and hoping to continue to try to get DD to eat what we're eating every night. So far we're doing pretty good. What are your dinner plans this week?

Re: What are you having for dinner this week?

  • I don't have a full meal plan but I'm sure we'll eat some of the following. We do Atkins so it's a very meat/veggie heavy menu:

tonight= grilled salmon with sauce (cream cheese, dill and lemon juice), sauteed mushrooms and salad

rest of the week = potroast I cooked yesterday, hamburgers, chicken/veggie soup, shrimp with herb butter, pork chops

  • Probably shredded chicken tacos tonight, pepper steak over couscous, left over spaghetti, and that's as far as I've gotten!
  • I am following a lot of the suggested "easy meals" in this month's Real Simple. So far we've made ravioli with apple & walnuts and spaghetti with sweet potato and ricotta. Tonight I am making the sausage & canneloni bean casserole and tomorrow the gnocci with roasted cauliflower.

  • Yesterday DH made burgers but we didn't add spices to one for DD.  Tonight I'm making Tater Tot casserole, tomorrow baked spaghetti, Wednesday chicken and rice casserole.  We had beef burgandy on Saturday that I slow cooked in the crock pot all day and DD loved it!  It was falling apart and was easy to eat. HTH.
  • I think DH is making a beef stew for tonight

    tomorrow veal chops

Wednesday - left-overs because DH works late

    Thursday - not sure yet

Friday - left-overs again because DH works late
