And because we live on the side of a steep valley, their backyard is level with our front door. 

Ever since they've moved in, they have had the freakin radio BLASTING in their backyard.  It's really starting to annoy the shiit out of me.  It's an absolutely GORGEOUS Sunday afternoon here, and instead of being able to throw open the windows and hear the birds singing and far-off dogs barking, I am being forced against my will to listen to Taylor Swift and Miley Cyrus at redonkulous decibels.

Annoying.

Does your city have a noise ordinance? My city does and the police are really good about enforcing it. Basically if I can hear my neighbor's music in my yard, it's too loud. Good luck!
