Ok, silliest thoughts our moms had . . .

What are some pearls of wisdom that your mothers have imparted to you about what they thought might happen when they were pregnant???

My mom, who smoked and drank during her pregnancy with me, was afraid to take a bath because she thought I would drown.

    Ha!  my mother told me if I cross my legs I could kill my baby.

    That is hilarious!  We should compile them and make a book, "Pregnancy and Old Wives' Tales of Yore". 

    Have you heard that eating spicy food causes your baby to have lots of hair???

     Does this mean hair all over, or on the head? Because DH is already bald (shaves his head, because he would hardly have any hair if he didn't...) and I want my baby to have GOOD hair genes... jalapenos, here I come! LOL
