Swollen Labia?

I had my baby 5 days ago via C-section and the front of both of my labias are really swollen...anyone else have this?  Should I be concerned?

    No. There was just alot going on in the region, even though you had a c-section, the catheter for one. It will go away.

    This made me laugh, only because I'll never forget the moment I looked down and realized that I'd grown a pair of balls after my c-section.  My DH was not impressed and immediately started pushing the nurse button.. they laughed and said it was normal - it'll go down in the next couple days ;)
