A 10 month old baby called Jack a "doggie" today.

I was shocked she could say the word so clearly! lol ?Her dad said, "She calls everyone and everything a doggie." ?I've never seen a child so young say that!?

    That is so cute!  I wish DD would say more "words."  She still just calls everything dadadada.  Every now and then she will let out a mama but not directed toward me:(    The funny thing is that she babbles all day long.

    Wow that's impressive!  That must have been so cute to hear it coming out of a baby so young LOL.  I also wish DD said more words.  Everything is DaDa and she also says Hi when she sees you for the first time or if we are going to a new area in a store where there are new people for her to see.

    my niece was talking in full sentences by 12 months and was using words like doggie and bottle at around 10  months.  However she did not walk til she was almost 18 months old.

    Some babies talk before they walk.
