charting question! help!

Hi Everyone, I posted yesterday about possibility of having a traphasic pattern (I know it doesn't automatically mean I am pregnant).

Today is 10DPO, I have not been feeling so great- sore throat, slight aches. I took my temperature at 4:30 this morning and it was 99.4. I thought I had a low grade fever, the room was also very warm. I did some research and some women seem to go through very high temperatures during early pregnancy. I went back to sleep at around 5 and woke up at 7:30 and took my temperature to make sure my fever didn't get worse... and it was 98.7 (which is still high but much close to my normal range).

 Would I chart 99.4 or 98.7? Or should I add or take away from 98.7?

You have to record the first temp, your second one didn't give you the full 3 hour block for testing. Depending on when you normally test you will probably have an open circle for the day.

could a warm room make my temperature go from a normal 98.6 to 99.4?

it could be anything really and I agree with the other posters that it really isn't a huge deal since you are already past ovulation. GL

I am "obsessing" over it because I want a continuation of a triphasic pattern

Keep your first temp and see what happens tomorrow.  I know it's hard, but analyzing every temp will make the 2ww seem to drag on forever!

Your higher temp could mean that you really are sick. You can actually note sick on your FF chart. I know what  you mean about triphasic, but I thought my chart was going to be triphasic, it didn't end up staying in that third level but I got a BFP anyway. Keep the faith and I hope you feel better!

I would use the first temperature. HTH
