random nausea

I have nausea at varying times throughout the day, it's almost impossible to manage at times. I've tried eating small amounts throughout the day and Zofran but nothing seems to quite handle it. Any tips? I work as an ER nurse so it makes things very difficult when I can't eat all shift, by the end of the day I just want to crash. I'm 10 weeks so hopefully it's only 2 more weeks. I'm also worried cause I'm running/walking a 5K on March 7th and I don't want to throw up while running that would suck.

I keep a bag of jolly ranchers with me at work, they seem to do the trick.

My m/s just kicked in the past few days and it come every evening and last until I finally fall asleep. Good luck though, hopefully it gets consistent or better yet goes away
