She had 10 girls and 5 boys, and fertility drugs were responsible for this case. The fetuses were five inches long and five ounces in weight. The woman and her husband already had an 8 year old daughter born after similar fertility drug treatments and had wished to have another child. This was the most multiples conceived by one woman at one time.

I went to the quadruplets page (because der that peaks my interest) and there are TWO 15 year olds documented as having a set of quads...and a 16 year old. 

In addition, since 1989 there have been an average of 102 sets of quads born each year in the US.
