R/R: Got my biopsy results back. No evidence of hyperplasia or cancer!! It also said that the tissue was proliferative endometrium, which based on my search is pathologist speak for follicular phase tissue. Based on my chart I hadn't O'd yet, so that's good! @cdnrunning My last cycle was 33 days (long cycler here too), and I think I o'd around cd 20. Praying I O a little earlier this time around. Awesome #1 song BTW!
R/R: You guys, I think this is how I die. Sleep deprivation. DH and DS have this lingering post nasal cough that kept all of us up the entire night. We're all miserable AF now and DH has missed almost an entire week of work from being sick. He's going to use all of his sick days in January. Send reinforcements. If I disappear, it's because I died from exhaustion.

@Anna_1021 I am with @lulu1180 on this one. Anything that I have read says that frequent or prolonged use can cause an issue, so I do not think that one trip to the sauna would cause that much of an issue. However, I am no expert! I would say just do whatever is going to help you enjoy your weekend!
@JuneRoseRuby Sorry I don't have an answer for you, but good luck today!
@KariAnn323 I would not discard. FF is usually pretty good at overlooking wonky temps like that once there is more of a big picture.

@cdnrunning - I completely feel you! My cycle before last was 49 days. I've started using OPKs, but even the cheapies are going to be expensive if I ovulate anywhere from Day 18 to God only knows when.

Yes, all of this this. They're in the same class of drugs but are two different drugs, so the dosing change doesn't translate equally. ETA 2 tabs I'd say sure, but I'd check about 3 before taking them. I hope it goes well today!!
@kt1992 so sorry you're also sick. The 3 of us are sitting on the couch taking turns hacking up our lungs. We have to laugh about it so we don't cry haha. I hope you feel better soon!

@JuneRoseRuby I can't answer for sure, but in case this helps I get monster menstrual cramps and was prescribed naproxen for them - just extra strength Aleve but I would take 2 pills every 4-6 hours. That was cleared by my Dr though because I was in so much pain. The last two days I haven't been taking anything (trying not to take any medicine right now just to be extra extra cautious) and they have been terrible. A heating pad only helps so much.
@Tennis11785 totally agree on the Mac vs PC! I learned once that it was because Microsoft was part of a lawsuit where they were forced to reveal the inner workings of their software and it was made public, so easier for hackers, and Mac never had that issue. I love my Macbook, got it in 2009 and it's still going strong.

@lulu1180@JuneRoseRuby@Tennis11785@WildMagelet thanks for the input. I also have a feeling that I've read sg that for him it can slow the guys down or sg like that. Anyhow, I'll go to my doc for further tests and a talk about what's next tomorrow anyhow. I'll ask him, and if he gives an educative answer, I'll post it on the board
@JulesDP yup girl, you're on the right track with that. A sex-getaway. Setaway
@JuneRoseRuby GL on your test today! Sorry, I've tried to google it, but what is STP stand for? From what you wrote I assume it is sg like a HSG, but not sure.. Anyhow, GL and I can only second to consult a pharmacist if you can before taking that much medicine.

I'm currently in a Panera catching up on grading papers until my appointment. The best part about this is I'm picking up lunch from a Mediterranean restaurant by my eye doc and taking it in to work!
CS/Q: I had a big temp drop today. My temp usually stays up for the first couple days of AF and then drops down and stays there until O, but this is the first time (since tracking) that it's stayed up this far into my cycle. Does this happen to anyone else?
@ag90 Welcome here You are absolutely in the right place. Is you have any questions about charting or anything TTC related, just ask away. This board is full of wisdom. Charting was difficult for me at the beginning, but give it some time. I highly recommend to start temping so you understand your cycles and body better. If you do try (or already doing it) try to be consistent with it. For me it was a huge breakthrough to realize I was O'ing later that I thought.
Me: 33, DH: 38 Married: May 2015 TTC since September 2015
@ag90 only the most ridiculous thing in the world. It's like a mini baby shower. But it's her second kid. So we bring gifts and listen to her complain. Also welcome! This is a great thread to learn about ttc!
@Anna_1021 thank you! I've been taking my temperature every morning with a normal thermometer and tracking CD on FF. After our first try I think I'll focus more on charting and buying an actual BBT thermometer, just to make this first go around more fun and less stressful ...even though I'm generally a ball of worry always (currently about my wisdom teeth!)
@heatherdubrow that's hilarious, but here's hoping it ends up being a good time! Sounds like you're a great friend to her
@heatherdubrow OMG, I just understood "sprinkle"!!!! That is hilarious! I know it's tough, but hopefully this time won't be so bad. FX.
@ag90 Take the time you need, and no need to stress out about it Figuring our O'ing habits (so to speak) is important, but so is having some fun with the whole process It took me quite a while too to actually regist in FF when we had sex during FW But as you can see, I had time to adjust :P GL on your journey!

WAYDTGKU: the stuff
R/R: Got my biopsy results back. No evidence of hyperplasia or cancer!! It also said that the tissue was proliferative endometrium, which based on my search is pathologist speak for follicular phase tissue. Based on my chart I hadn't O'd yet, so that's good! Dr was also looking for polyps and infection, but the results I received didn't specify those, so I'm not sure if those results are back yet or if that means nothing was found.

GTKY: What was the #1 song on the day you were born?
At This Moment by Billy Vera and the Beaters
uh, it wasn't even a fun song. hmph!
Oct. '17 June S.C. "You Had 1 Job"
My last cycle was 33 days (long cycler here too), and I think I o'd around cd 20. Praying I O a little earlier this time around. Awesome #1 song BTW!

Have fun on your trip!

YAY on your biopsy results!
Oct. '17 June S.C. "You Had 1 Job"
@lulu1180 girl you and me both...6a came WAY too early
@KariAnn323 I think you'll still be able to see a temp shift
@JuneRoseRuby good luck today!
@BertieMeetsGertie that's amazing about your results!

WAYDTGKU: Hopefully something at some point
R/R: You guys, I think this is how I die. Sleep deprivation. DH and DS have this lingering post nasal cough that kept all of us up the entire night. We're all miserable AF now and DH has missed almost an entire week of work from being sick. He's going to use all of his sick days in January. Send reinforcements. If I disappear, it's because I died from exhaustion.
CS/Q: I'm not sleeping so I can't temp, no +OPK yet though so I think we're OK... Maybe by the time I get a + we'll actually be able to HIO.
GTKY: What was the #1 song on the day you were born?
With or without You by U2. I love that song, I had no idea it was almost 30 years old
Maybe I'll go with a middle of the road number and say 660 of the Aleve (3 tablets)

R/R: Well, as you can see above I broke down and used an OPK this morning. Still not really feeling it, but I was having some higher temps that were throwing me off. Not sure if I will continue to use them, or if I am just going to go back to my f-- it attitude again.

We're usually MAC people, but we kinda decided to try the Surface Pro since I don't know that we need a mac and we could save a bit of money. But I was researching and it looks like the Surface Pro is about the same as the mac. At least with a mac you know what quality you're getting and you're gonna get something that lasts.

@kt1992 @TravelingCouple so sorry you're both ill!

GTKY: What was the #1 song on the day you were born? (https://playback.fm/birthday-song)
That's What Friends are For by Dionne and Friends
Charting was difficult for me at the beginning, but give it some time. I highly recommend to start temping so you understand your cycles and body better. If you do try (or already doing it) try to be consistent with it. For me it was a huge breakthrough to realize I was O'ing later that I thought.
