I've just gotten news today that our 2nd FET has failed. Luckilly, we have two more embryos on ice, ready to go. But I want to make some changes to improve our odds. Our FET protocol remained the same for both, so I feel like we need to change things up a bit.
For our next FET we're definitely putting in 2 embryos- which perhaps is the biggest change. But also considering an endometrial scratch. Maybe additional meds and/or supplements? Additional tests?
All suggestions welcome.
Thanks, guys.

@rainbowwishes5 Both times they've said my lining was "perfect." Which is great, but all the more frustrating that it's not working.

Maybe an ERA to make sure the transfer is happening on the most receptive day of progesterone? My RE also put me on a steriod in case uterine inflammation could be an issue that impacts implantation so that might be something to ask about.
@LeFemmeViolette that is frustrating. I'm only sorry I have no suggestions. Maybe your cold had something to do with it??? I'm grasping at straws. I'm so sorry.

@LeFemmeViolette oh hun I'm so sorry to hear this. Sending you so much love and big big hugs. Curious what was involved in your last protocol, as I don't recall I apologize.
How did your lining look? You could try vaginal viagra... Also something different I tried was the hcg uterine wash (500 iu) not sure if that would be an option as opposed to (or in addition to) the scratch.
