My fiancé and I have moved on & are trying for our rainbow. We thought we'd told everyone who knew about the baby that we'd lost it. However, tonight we went to the store and ran into someone we haven't seen since summer. He happened to be at the party where we announced the pregnancy with our close friends. He looked at me, smiled and asked if we'd had the baby yet. My fiancé told him no. The guy looked confused and said "Oh soon?" And my fiancé said "well we're trying". He seemed confused. The guy let it drop, we said our goodbyes and continued on to our shopping. I said "Babe, he was at the party when we told everyone" and it hit him too. We now wonder when we're going to run into someone else who knew about the pregnancy but not the loss and how we're going to respond when they ask. :-(
