@Tulips29 - you are going to be a great mommy! Think about how long you have anxiously waited for this moment. The dreams and anxiety are totally normal! You are going to be amazed at how much our bodies can handle and still feel well enough to take care of that little baby. Even the exhaustion from no sleep is manageable.

Totally agree with the above @tulips29. Once your little one is there it'll take a hell of a lot for you not to be able to care of your little one. I, and others, have even been told to take a rest as of recovery and needed to be reminded that I wasn't doing well. As for the dreams. They don't stop, I'm 8 weeks into being a mummy and I have weirder dreams than before, scary ones about Pia or just plain weird ones.
And let me tell you one thing, now listen carefully and remember it well; Youll be a great mummy! A wonderful one who's loving and caring yet firm when needed. Youll have this mummy instinct that'll kick right in once the midwife says 'I see the head', from that moment on you feel like you've done this your whole life.
@tvh1982 thanks for the advice. I guess the dreams won't go away, just like our constant worrying. Hopefully things are easier now that you've had 8 weeks of mommy training
