First time doing IVF....very nervous

This is my first time doing the IVF. I am in my late 20s diagnosed with PCOS. Any advice on diet intake, how to exercise, progesterone shot advice...etc. I would appreciate honest feedback. I started stims a few days ago.

Hi @annie04. Welcome.  I would recommend you first read through the newbie guide at the top of the page to get a feel of how this board works. 

Also, there is an Infertility board where you will find posts all about IVF and lots of women who would be happy to share their experiences.

@annie04 I second @laurad75 the IF board will likely be more helpful to you as the women on this board are TTC naturally or with IUI I am not sure we have any current active members undergoing IVF. THe IF board has many women going through IVF and is a great resource for you.
