  • Goal Weight OR how are you feeling this week? Goal: 200  I will weigh myself later today to see if I have lost any weight.

    Fitness and Nutrition Goals for the week? Eat more fruit than I have been. Try to cut of more caffeine. I'm down to 1 soda OR McDonald's frappe per day. I want to try to get to every other day.

    Any challenges you're facing this week? I am still not liking my stomach area and was having some body issue moments but I'm trying to not do that. Also, I'm still craving a burger from McDonald's or Burger King and I have almost given in but so far I haven't.

    How did you do with your goals last week? I think I did pretty well.
