Lots of Names...

Nothing is really "clicking" for us. We have a big family... can't have names ending in "er" due to last name. We don't like names to start with the same letter or to sound too similar to siblings. We don't really do gender neutral names. We do like names with a nickname option.

Name ideas for a sibling for... Add*ie, All*an, Eli*as, Co*ra, Th*ea, Whit*ley

My favorites so far are a double name 1st name for a girl... Della Jane 
Or Phineas for a boy

I'd keep Laurel, Alice, and Viola for the girls - the rest are pretty out there, especially with your sibset.

I like Ezra and Desmond isn't my style but I wouldn't side eye it.

I like Viola and Ezra the best. Most of the other names I highly dislike.

We might just start from scratch. Give it some time and revisit...

Nothing is really speaking to us! It's kind of frustrating.

All the names we do like are either "taken" (by friends or relatives) or too similar to what already have. 

Like Theodore for example... Our daughter is Thea. 

Blah! Naming is hard.

When my DH and I were stuck on names (we both had a favorite but neither would compromise), we did a break from naming, and when we came back to it, we did a full reset. The only rule was the previous names were off the table. It was a good way to clear our minds and refocus. If you do this, maybe after some deliberation on 'new' names, something in this list might come out more strongly, that's what happened with us. We ended up using an original list name, but the time spent 'away' from it helped us to realize it was the right one

From your options I like Della, Laurel, Bennett and Ezra best with your sibset.

@babybrush each of those name have been on our list each time... they've just never made it... I like them all too!

We can't go too plain due to our last name being very common Mill-r. So things like Jane Mill-r don't sound very good to me... Just boring. 

We have added Reed to our list as it had been on pervious lists, but never made the cut. Do you think Reed Mill-r is too plain? 

Were going on a date to make some cuts next week.
