Middle Name for Neve?

Surprisingly both DH and I like the name Neve for our baby girl due in 4 weeks, so it may be a serious contender (we are having the hardest time with a name...) 

We would pronounce it as NEHV not NEEV. Our go-to middle name was Elizabeth (family name), however, I'm not sure Neve Elizabeth sounds very good. 

Any other great suggestions? Or is Neve Elizabeth ok?

Elizabeth sounds great.

I like the flow with Elizabeth. Neve is one syllable and the longer, 4 syllable name works well to balance it.
