Hi ladies,

So my daughter is 3 months old.  A few weeks ago I noticed that I started urinating wayyyyy more than usual.  I'm talking about every 1-2 hours!  I feed my daughter via. pumped breastmilk and so I am drinking water but not THAT frequently to go to the bathroom that frequently.  I also have a strong urge to go and when I go, I really go lol.  I've gone to my PCP regarding this and do not have a UTI etc.  Anyone else peeing frequently after birth??

Did you tear during delivery? Any trauma to your pelvic floor?

I would talk with your OB and get a referral to a pelvic floor physical therapist. I didnt even know a pelvic floor PT was a thing until recently, and it has been a godsend. I was waking up to pee 4-5x a night post delivery, plus peeing every 90 minutes or so when awake. It was awful, I have been to PT 3x and now I am only waking up twice. I cant wait to sleep through the night!
