R/R: **tw loss** I'm slowly starting to feel a bit better since the bleeding has stopped, and looking forward to getting off the bench and trying again. I'm lucky that it was only a week of bleeding, and hopeful that it's a good sign that maybe my body will cooperate sooner rather than later. Wondfos are still giving me false positives, but they're lighter every day.
Speaking to my OB yesterday helped as well, even though she said she doesn't think I need repeat blood work to monitor the hCG levels. As of last Wednesday they were down to 1356 after being in the 4600 range two days previously.
CS/Q: None right now.
GTKY: Tylenol, credit cards/cash, and usually some kind of medical equipment. Currently I have an IV start kit and saline syringes. By-product of being a nurse, I guess.
@laurad75. I would check the package instructions on your digis and maybe stick with wondfos for now. I think I saw it says something about 7+ days of a high reading being an indication of a long/false surge, so the cbads may not be the best indicator for you this cycle.
12 9 SHG this morning, in like 90 min... RR all I can think about is trying to guzzle this coffee/tea and try to poo one more time and shower up before I have to leave... Gahh! Oh! And maybe ibuprofen. And I think I was supposed to take a pg test. Lol. Hopefully between negative tests last week, AF, yesterday's u/s of an "empty sleeping bag" ute, its pretty safe to say I'm NOT ku at this point. But now I'm paranoid that I want to make sure he still sees the dominant folli there before he does the saline bc I measured at 1.81 cm yesterday, and the doctor figures Thursday's u/s will just be confirming rupture... So much pressure this feels like!

@pretzel2plus1. That's okay, sometimed it's nice to enjoy the calm before the storm.... ;) Have you tried adding 10-200mg of B6 to your vitamin routine? My doctor recommended it to me along with the mucinex during FW for cm, and I have heard great things about it for cycle regulation. Seems like an easy/inexpensive one to maybe try? I also added Ovaboost, which is not so cheap, around the same time, and I for one, have been ovulating noticably earlier. Who knows!
R/R: My daughter decided that she was going to get up and sleep on top of me at 2AM, so last night was fun.
CS/Q: Two actually - This is probably a stupid question, but I got a flashing smiley on the CB digi this morning and I've never gotten that before. How do I record that on FF? Is it high under advanced OPK?
Looking at my chart, it looks like I o'd on CD9, but that's way too early right? I usually O around CD16. And I just got a flashing smiley today....
GTKY: What three items are Always in your purse? Lotion, floss, and crayons. And 90% of the time, toddler ballet shoes because they live in my purse apparently.
@mamashan12. Right, log the flashy one as "high" Those look a lot like my same wild pre-o temps - I do not believe you O'd on cd 9. Hang in there and keep HIO, keep temping at a consistent time, keep doing the OPK's, and you should see something interesting over the next few/several days... ;)
R/R: so no positive OPK again this morning. Wtf. My last positive OPK was on CD 9- my EOD is today...
CS/Q: how does fertility friend determine the coverline? Here's my chart-- let's assume today is my ovulation day.. Can someone tell me what my coverline will be? I should add that the 98.3 temp on CD 8, I got pretty drunk that night before so I'm inclined to remove it...
GTKY: What three items are Always in your purse? 1) lipstick 2) cell phone 3) eye drops (I've got really bad allergies so my eyes are always dry and red)
Thanks @BusinessWife! I have no idea if I naturally have crazy pre O temps or if it's because I get up with my daughter often. I was really surprised to see the flashing smiley this morning though.
@Scarlett830 I'm glad you are feeling better today.
R/R: CD1+Monday is a real killer but I am feeling better today. Looking forward to my RE consult on Monday! I have a couple lbs to lose and our brother's wedding is end of September so this will be good motivation! Aaaaand hopefully this is all good for hormones/baby making too. I feel bad for my coworkers lol. I should get my biopsy results back today since I received notification from labcorp. Hoping I'm in the clear and won't need anymore antibiotics for the endemetrisis
CS/Q:
GTKY: What three items are Always in your purse? A pound of change, phone charger and my planner
R/R: WHY WON'T I OVULATE? WHY. I know that my "normal" post-partum has been cd 19-23, but I was hoping that since I'm no longer pumping and only breastfeeding once a day I would go back to my pre-baby normal of cd 19-20. Not so much. Hopefully my LP is at least getting longer, but I'd have to ovulate to have a LP so WHO KNOWS WHEN I WILL HAVE THIS INFORMATION. Basically DH and I are just sick of EOD already, and so tired, and I don't wanna anymore. Sigh.
CS/Q: I had a .1 degree rise today, but I also had one of those yesterday, and neither get me to above what I assume my CL will be, so I don't think I'm anywhere close. I had avoided OPKs this time around because I gave up on them when TTC#1, figuring I could just have sex EOD until O was confirmed and be cool. but now if I'm now KU this cycle I think I may go back to the OPKs, just so I have more of an idea of wtf is going on.
GTKY: What three items are Always in your purse? phone, credit cards/drivers license, hairbrush, sunglasses, chapstick. That is 5, but even when I scale down to my tiny "going out" purse, that's what makes the cut.
WAYDTGKU: BBT, CoQ10, B Complex, OPKS, CM/CP, and HIO EOD
R/R: I am the grumpiest gus in the history of grumpy guses. Work is stupid and I hate this place. The
only reason I keep showing up is because they have a pretty nice maternity
leave. Oh... and because I have bills to pay.
But I’m totes bouncing the eff out of here after I’m done
reproducing.
CS/Q: Can people weigh in on the best way to keep your lady bits hair-free (or
at least tidy?)? I normally just trim it
with clippers because I hate the week after a shave. I decided last night to
bring in the EOD with a nice clean shave.
Brand new razor & I still am irritated down there. I’m open to any suggestions.
OH AND… I’m thinking about saving my OPKs? Or
taking a picture of them? I know they are only accurate for 5 minutes or
whatever, but how do you remember what it looked like the last time?
GTKY: What three items are Always in your purse? Chapstick (or 12), panty
liners, and a book.
@ladymillil that’s super annoying. I had it happen with a laptop once & I had
to explain to a 12 year old why the laptop he purchased with his own savings
was MIA. Ughhhh.
@businesswife GOOD LUCK today!! & thank
you for explaining the EWCM cycle yesterday.
I didn’t realize it should last 6 days (average of course). That makes me happy!
@mamashan12 I don’t have an answer to your
question, but my chart is a hot mess this cycle also.
@tripledaggerwed95976 I don’t know the
answer, but I want to! Haha. My chart is such a trainwreck & my temps
are all over. I am hoping someone knows
& FF can figure it out.
@LadyMillil UPS is the actual worst. I hope you get your
package soon.
@mamashan12 Yes, I record a flashing smiley as “High” under
Advanced OPK. It looks like you got a negative OPK on CD9 so I doubt you O’d
then. My guess would be it’s still coming and your temp will shift higher once that
happens. Also, toddler ballet shoes sound like the more adorable thing that
ever was.
@tripledaggerWed95976 Summarized from TCOYF: Look for a temp
that is higher than the cluster of 6 preceding temps and draw the coverline
one-tenth of a degree above the highest of the cluster of 6. This is only my
second cycle using FF so I’m not 100% sure if that is how it calculates it, but
I imagine it’s close.
Month/Cycle: 5

WAYDTGKU: BBT, CM, CP, PNV
R/R:
CS/Q: Temp spike today. I’m just waiting a
few days to see what FF thinks was my O date. CM/CP and OPKs look like CD 15,
BBT looks like CD 16. Don’t know that I really have a question, but if you have
any additional insight (or ute goggles…j/k) I’d take it.
GTKY: What three items are Always in your
purse? Tissues, lip gloss, headphones
@LadyMillil That is so frustrating! If it's returned to sender, what can you do now?
@Scarlett830 Sorry for your loss. I hope your body is back to normal real quick!
@BusinessWife Good luck today! We're all cheering for you. It must be standard practice to do the u/s first right? Seems crazy not to...
@pretzel2plus1 Agreeing with @BusinessWife, I have had a lot of luck adding B6, B12 and Vitamin D to help regulate my cycles. I've O'd earlier each month.
@mamashan12 Agreeing with @BusinessWife again , I don't think you have O'd yet given you've never O'd this early before. But with EWCM, my fingers are crossed for you soon!
@tripledaggerWed95976 I have no idea where it'll give you a coverline with those fluctuating temps, but if you drop the 98.3, I would put it at 97.7 or 97.8.
Cycle/Month: 3/3

WAYDTGKU: Temping,
CM, PNVs, vitamin D, B6, B12, CoQ10, green tea
R/R:
CS/Q: Another night I couldn't sleep and had to get up to pee, only to not fall back asleep at all, so I have another open circle, marginally higher temp when what I really need is something definitive for confirmation of O! I think I ovulated either CD15 or CD16. I was hoping to have a clearer temp today so I could know if I O'd at all. Ugh.
GTKY: My wallet, a chapstick, and my Metrocard for the subway.
R/R: IHOP is doing 1$ short stack pancakes today, so were going to do breakfast for dinner! Rant- apparently a coworker eavesdropped in on part of a conversation and has now started all kinds of drama, if she had bothered to stay for the whole conversation or ask me about it this whole mess could have been avoided. People need to mind their own business or ask if they have a question.
CS/Q: not yet
GTKY: What three items are Always in your purse? chapstick, feminine products, my car key.
@scarlett830 I'm glad your feeling better. I too may have miscellaneous medical equipment in my purse, it always freaks DH out!
@businesswife good luck today! I hope that follie stays put
@mamashan12 DS insisted on sleeping on top of me too last night. I'm not an expert chart stalker but i'm not convinced about a O on day 9... i think a day or two more of temps might give you a better idea of whats happening. I'd keep HIO

@swimsister My vote would be for a CD16 ovulation. It's possible your OPK that day missed your surge if for instance you ovulated in the morning and did an OPK later in the day.
WAYDTGKU: I started drinking green tea, which is tastier than I thought it would be, I talked with DH last night and we will BD ED for 3-4 days around ovulation
R/R: A couple things today, I got to see my best friend yesterday, which was awesome because I only get to see her twice a year! We had a great time hanging out and it was so nice to vent to her about stuff and to hear about what's going on in her life. Also, I start my last full year of graduate school today. I really dread school, but I'm excited to start so I can be done with it all. I feel like I've been in school forever.
CS/Q: With my past 2 cycles I had the regular dip and spike in temps around ovulation, but my temps don't go as high as they have before and then I get another temp spike about 4 days after ovulation. FF first had my ovulation day in the first temp spike (CD 18), but then changed ovulation to the second set of temp spike (CD 22 or 23). Anyone else have this happen to them? I'm wondering if I'm missing ovulation around CD 22 because BD is always centered around CD 18, which is my usual ovulation day. Sorry if this is confusing.
GTKY: What three items are always in your purse? I have a really small purse, but I always fit Bobby pins, quarters, and a Chapstick in there.
@scarlett830 I’m glad speaking with your OB helped. It’s clear that you are working really hard
to stay positive
@businesswife GL on
your test this morning! Are you having a
SHG or HSG? If its the HSG I took a couple of ibuprofen an hour before mine and it wasn't bad at all. Everyone is different but hopefully yours will be easy.
IDC about the digis anymore I just want to use them up and
maybe a solid face will show up. Some
googling I’ve done says that in a clomid cycle many women will O 7-10 days
after the last dose. I took the last
dose on CD 10 so I’m still in the not so weird window. The smiley is blinking bc my estrogen levels
are high. I will continue with wondfo’s
and switch to regular digital next cycle
@mamashan12 – yes, that’s a high under advanced OPK – this has
probably been answered for you already
@westy99 I wax. Shaving
leaves me very bumpy and irritated. In
the meantime be sure to exfoliate and you can even use a skin toner to help
with the irritation.
@khrun17 I got my
wondfos on amazon. I bought an OPK/ HPT
combo pack

@delujm0 I only nurse once or twice a day and I still think it interferes with my temps/OV day. I've done some googling and found this is pretty normal.
ETA: It's definitely frustrating though! I think it contributes to my crazy looking charts.
Jeez, you guys were busy this morning! I only have time for a couple quick replies today. And no chart stalks cause I'm mobile!
@BusinessWife Ahhh, good luck! Also I might have to talk to you about trying Ovaboost... I don't have issues with CM but I do with cycle regulation!
@tripledaggerWed95976 If today is O day your coverline will probably be around 97.7 or 97.8. Mine tends to hover around the last Pre-O temp when it's a higher one like yours is. It's hard to say for sure though because it really depends where your post O temp is as well.

@slam1110 hmmm that's a difficult chart because it doesn't seem like you have 3 days of temps above your coverline yet. You could have O'd on CD 15 but the drop on day 18 (which would be day 3) is a bit strange.
@slam1110 I agree with @tripledaggerWed95976. I'm more inclined to say that based on your chart that you haven't O'd yet but with the open circles it's hard to trust

@Daisy621 Good luck with your scan! Hope your follies are growing nicely!
@BusinessWife GL today with all the testing!!
@mamashan12 i record that as high as well

I feel bad for my coworkers lol. I should get my biopsy results back today since I received notification from labcorp. Hoping I'm in the clear and won't need anymore antibiotics for the endemetrisis

CD: 23
WAYDTGKU: PNVs, BBT, checking CM, HIO EOD
Month/Cycle: 4/3

WAYDTGKU: BBT, CoQ10, B Complex, OPKS, CM/CP, and HIO EOD
R/R: I am the grumpiest gus in the history of grumpy guses. Work is stupid and I hate this place. The only reason I keep showing up is because they have a pretty nice maternity leave. Oh... and because I have bills to pay. But I’m totes bouncing the eff out of here after I’m done reproducing.
CS/Q: Can people weigh in on the best way to keep your lady bits hair-free (or at least tidy?)? I normally just trim it with clippers because I hate the week after a shave. I decided last night to bring in the EOD with a nice clean shave. Brand new razor & I still am irritated down there. I’m open to any suggestions.
OH AND… I’m thinking about saving my OPKs? Or taking a picture of them? I know they are only accurate for 5 minutes or whatever, but how do you remember what it looked like the last time?
GTKY: What three items are Always in your purse? Chapstick (or 12), panty liners, and a book.
@ladymillil that’s super annoying. I had it happen with a laptop once & I had to explain to a 12 year old why the laptop he purchased with his own savings was MIA. Ughhhh.
@scarlett830 glad you are feeling better today!
@businesswife GOOD LUCK today!! & thank you for explaining the EWCM cycle yesterday. I didn’t realize it should last 6 days (average of course). That makes me happy!
@mamashan12 I don’t have an answer to your question, but my chart is a hot mess this cycle also.
@daisy621 GL today!
@tripledaggerwed95976 I don’t know the answer, but I want to! Haha. My chart is such a trainwreck & my temps are all over. I am hoping someone knows & FF can figure it out.
@BusinessWife Good luck with the HSG!
@LadyMillil UPS is the actual worst. I hope you get your package soon.
@mamashan12 Yes, I record a flashing smiley as “High” under Advanced OPK. It looks like you got a negative OPK on CD9 so I doubt you O’d then. My guess would be it’s still coming and your temp will shift higher once that happens. Also, toddler ballet shoes sound like the more adorable thing that ever was.
@tripledaggerWed95976 Summarized from TCOYF: Look for a temp that is higher than the cluster of 6 preceding temps and draw the coverline one-tenth of a degree above the highest of the cluster of 6. This is only my second cycle using FF so I’m not 100% sure if that is how it calculates it, but I imagine it’s close.
Month/Cycle: 5

R/R:
CS/Q: Temp spike today. I’m just waiting a few days to see what FF thinks was my O date. CM/CP and OPKs look like CD 15, BBT looks like CD 16. Don’t know that I really have a question, but if you have any additional insight (or ute goggles…j/k) I’d take it.
GTKY: What three items are Always in your purse?

Ugh.

@mamashan12 DS insisted on sleeping on top of me too last night. I'm not an expert chart stalker but i'm not convinced about a O on day 9... i think a day or two more of temps might give you a better idea of whats happening. I'd keep HIO

It’s clear that you are working really hard to stay positive
@businesswife GL on your test this morning! Are you having a SHG or HSG? If its the HSG I took a couple of ibuprofen an hour before mine and it wasn't bad at all. Everyone is different but hopefully yours will be easy.
IDC about the digis anymore I just want to use them up and maybe a solid face will show up. Some googling I’ve done says that in a clomid cycle many women will O 7-10 days after the last dose. I took the last dose on CD 10 so I’m still in the not so weird window. The smiley is blinking bc my estrogen levels are high. I will continue with wondfo’s and switch to regular digital next cycle
@mamashan12 – yes, that’s a high under advanced OPK – this has probably been answered for you already
@daisy621 GL on the scan!
@westy99 I wax. Shaving leaves me very bumpy and irritated. In the meantime be sure to exfoliate and you can even use a skin toner to help with the irritation.
@khrun17 I got my wondfos on amazon. I bought an OPK/ HPT combo pack

GTKY: What three items are Always in your purse?
Phone, wallet and keys (Super boring I know)
ETA: It's definitely frustrating though! I think it contributes to my crazy looking charts.

@laurad75 this happened to me with CBAD and Clomid. I found the regular digitals and wondfos to be more reliable. I still may use the CBAD just because I have leftovers, but probably won't buy it again.
