This is a terrible topic. Sorry in advance. I posted this here because I have no idea where to ask. Let me know if there is a better place to XP it.
So I don't have kids but somehow I managed to get a first degree perineal tear. It was just slightly painful last weekend but then I had a obgyn appointment and that made it worse. It's quite painful now. Does anybody know how long it takes to heal? Everything I've seen online refers to the 2nd and 3rd degree tears. Thanks.
