Anyone use any apps (I have android) for tracking their daily recommended servings for certain foods during TTC? I found one but it just tells you what foods are good to eat (for pregnancy), but no way to track the foods.
I used to use LoseIt! To track what I ate, but there wasn't a pregnancy foods section to it. Most fitness apps come with food tracking now too, but again, not sure about specifics related to pregnancy.
I did find one called Expecting Nutrition....didn't have many good reviews though.
