High hCG and progesterone?

Hello,
I am currently pregnant, and during my last cycle I took pregnitude, 5mg femara cd 4-8, and did a trigger shot. At 13dpo my hCG was 360 and my progesterone was 40. At 15dpo, my hCG was 790. Those numbers look high compared to betabase - more like twins numbers than singleton numbers. I know that betas can't tell you for sure one way or the other, but I'm wondering if anyone has any insight regarding betas this high and/or progesterone at 40 by 13dpo. I have an ultrasound scheduled, but waiting is hard (as you all know), so I thought I would throw my question out there in the meantime.
