Is anyone else dealing with this? My resting heartrate is around 70 but when I walk from my car into the office (for example) my heartrate jumps to 115 and I feel short of breath. I called my doc but I haven't been seen there yet so they said they couldn't give any advice. Helpful, huh? I've read a high rate is normal but I'm just a little nervous. I'm only 6 weeks pregnant.

Following this...I have been waking up with night sweats and a scary fast heart rate for the past week.

Yep, it's normal. It's been like that for me my whole pregnancy and the shortness of breath just gets worse the farther along you are.
