I've been lurking for the past month or so, but I've been benched for two cycles since my loss at the end of May so I felt a little odd introducing myself.
I lost my first pregnancy at almost 13 weeks, found out at my NT scan that the baby had passed the day prior. My follow up testing has come back normal and healthy. It has definitely been an emotional roller coaster, especially since I was in the running for a great job opportunity that I applied to after the loss. Unfortunately that fell through due to some organizational nonsense (they had even checked my references!) so we're back to looking at TTC after I get af this coming week (probably- more on this).
In a way, I'm happy- I really do want a baby with dh and don't want to put it off much longer. I'm also scared to try again, but I'm sure all of you can relate to that.
All this being said, I'm a little worried/excited that I might have accidentally gotten pregnant this cycle. I'm 12 DPO and took a wondfo test this morning and it had that super light maybe evap line but maybe something. I'll retest in 2 or 3 days and try not to get my hopes up. It really would figure that for the two months out of a 10 year relationship where bc was dh's responsibility...
Hi @lin0442. I remember you from the MC board, I think we had losses around the same time. Fx that line gets darker for you and you have a healthy pregnancy.
@lin0442 Welcome and I am sorry for your loss. Have you tested any more? Hopefully your stay here is super short! And I hear you on the birth control being DH's responsibility. . . HA! Typical!

@fivetimesnoluck Thanks for asking. I have- it was negative yesterday and I got some spotting today so it looks like a no-go. In a way, I'm kind of relieved since I really want to be at my baseline before we start trying again. Of course I would have been thrilled if it were positive, but I really want a successful pregnancy over an immediate one so I'm willing to take it slow.
Welcome to this board and I'm so sorry for your loss. I'm also 12 DPO today and tested since my LP is usually 11 days- BFN. I hear you on a successful pregnancy over an immediate one. Hope to see you on the waiting to O thread (once AF rears her ugly head for me)!
